Research
The residency program requires active participation in a research
project at least once during the four years of residency training.
At some time during the residency program, the resident is expected
to present this research during the Research Day held each year
in June. Although residents are required to present at least once
during their four years, they may present as many times as desired.
Special Educational Programs
The residency sponsors a Mentorship Program whereby a faculty member
is paired with the resident to provide counseling, support, guidance
and feedback to the resident that exceeds purely intellectual development.
