She is board certified in Internal Medicine and received her training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey– Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Magliocco continued on to a postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Research at the Clinical Research Center at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School under thementorship of Dr Alice Gottlieb, MD, PhD. She has also received formal training in ethical conduct in research, clinical trial design, clinical pharmacology, biostatics, clinical immunology, and post-marketing surveillance at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She has been the Principal Investigator for several investigator-initiated trials examining therapies for atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, as well as many industry sponsored trials.
